Assist cashiers with register closing, organize credit card receipts, supplier bills, and prepare bank deposits. Organize employee documents (timesheets, certificates, uniforms) and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Issue purchase orders authorized by management and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery deadlines. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and receive service providers arriving at the office. Maintain organized fiscal, sanitary, and labor documentation for quick reference or inspections. Generate sales, shrinkage (product losses), and expense spreadsheets for manager or owner review. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of these responsibilities. High school diploma required.
