**Job Description:**

Supervises the administrative routines of Grupo Info, responsible for procurement of non-productive materials, contract control, and support for operational and institutional demands of Grupo Info, ensuring compliance with processes, internal policies, and efficiency in administrative workflows. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Supervise, guide, and develop the administrative team, ensuring adherence to Group standards, goals, and procedures; Assign and monitor team tasks, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and promote continuous improvement; Identify training needs, encouraging development, engagement, and alignment of the team with company culture; Control and monitor Grupo Info’s procurement of non-productive materials; Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers, aiming for optimal cost-benefit and favorable commercial terms; Register and track purchase orders in the system, issue pre-invoices, and monitor the process until completion; Verify invoices and receipts for purchased materials; Promote continuous improvement in non-productive materials procurement processes; Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual clauses with suppliers and service providers; Manage the contract lifecycle (validity, renewals, and renegotiations); Manage third-party contracts for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other similar services; Monitor contractual formalization and management processes; Organize and archive administrative contracts, leases, and related documents; Control insurance accounts and administrative resource usage (e.g., corporate cards); Monitor operational service requests (e.g., motorcycle couriers, maintenance, etc.); Monitor departmental SLAs; Perform other duties inherent to the position and department.
**Mandatory Requirements:**

Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields;
Experience supervising administrative teams;
Practical experience in procurement and contract management;
Organized, analytical profile with strong negotiation skills;
Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency.
