Controlling and organizing technical and legal documentation for construction projects A construction and real estate development company is seeking a Building Technician in Moreno. **Responsibilities:** Develop and interpret technical drawings and projects in accordance with current regulations. Support construction project management by monitoring schedules, execution, and service quality. Conduct field measurements and technical surveys. Control and organize technical and legal documentation for construction projects. Participate in project and construction regularization processes with competent authorities. Support site inspection activities to ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in other technical routines within the building construction area. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
