Control of technical and legal documentation for construction projects A construction and real estate development company seeks a Building Technician in Olinda. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and interpret technical projects and drawings in accordance with current regulations. Support construction site management by monitoring schedules, execution, and service quality. Conduct field measurements and technical surveys. Control and organize technical and legal documentation for construction projects. Participate in project and construction regularization processes with competent authorities. Support service inspection to ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in other technical routines within the building construction field. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
