Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and interpreting technical projects, supporting construction project management, performing measurements, and controlling technical documentation. A construction and real estate development company seeks a Building Technician in Igarassu. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and interpret technical projects and drawings in accordance with current regulations. Support construction project management by monitoring schedules, execution, and service quality. Conduct field measurements and technical surveys. Control and organize technical and legal documentation related to construction projects. Participate in project and construction regularization processes with competent authorities. Assist in service supervision to ensure compliance with specifications. Support other technical routines within the building construction area. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
