Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage back-office and technical teams handling corrective and preventive repairs, installation, deinstallation, and equipment maintenance for B2B and B2C channels; * Ensure compliance with internal and external customer relationship policies defined by the company; * Monitor and ensure achievement of operational plan targets/indicators; * Participate in cross-functional meetings with interacting departments such as Customer Success, Commercial, R\&D, Logistics, and others; * Conduct monthly regional performance review meetings; develop and monitor structured action plans; * Daily tracking of pending service orders; control entry and exit of refurbished machines for new contracts; * Supervise technical teams during field service visits, conducting operational route inspections to identify opportunities for process improvement; * Monitor and develop the team; * Conduct on-site follow-up with teams at branch offices (Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Sergipe, and Bahia). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Required** * Experience managing teams; * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis; * Valid driver’s license category B; * Willingness to travel by road or air. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in After-Sales routines; * Knowledge of PDCA and continuous improvement methodologies. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance bonus; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
