Description

Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of the production process, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Monitors and corrects dust accumulation to ensure process efficiency 2. Assists in cleaning and preventive maintenance of robots 3. Conducts quality and safety inspections every half hour 1\. Continuously monitor bags to identify any dust accumulation and take immediate corrective action to address this anomaly, ensuring cleanliness and process efficiency; 2\. Collaborate with the team in performing cleaning tasks and completing preventive maintenance checklists for robots, ensuring their proper operation according to area procedures; 3\. Actively participate in workplace cleaning activities and ensure the production line is always supplied with necessary materials to prevent line stoppages; 4\. Provide support and ensure correct application of labels/date coders on products, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards; 5\. Perform autonomous maintenance tasks, such as inspections and minor repairs, and, when required, raise work orders to request intervention from the factory's specialized maintenance team; 6\. Conduct quality and safety (CRQS) inspections every half hour, checking parameters such as packaging integrity, weight, and compliance with quality standards; 7\. Monitor film levels on filling and baling machines. When necessary, remove empty rolls and install new film rolls, ensuring they are correctly positioned and tensioned to prevent production interruptions; 8\. Complete the line monitoring form with inspection results, highlighting any deviations and corrective actions taken; 9\. Perform duties in accordance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards outlined in Unilever’s internal policies; 10\. Report factory accidents and incidents in accordance with Unilever’s internal policy.
