Analysis of root causes of non-conformities **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities and Duties: Map and analyze existing processes across industrial areas, identifying steps, responsible parties, failures, and improvement opportunities; Analyze industrial methods and processes, proposing new practices to improve efficiency; Establish strategies to resolve problems identified in industrial processes, proposing continuous improvements and automations aligned with organizational strategy; Conduct knowledge dissemination activities regarding processes, workflows, and best practices within the organization; Perform internal audits to verify whether processes are being followed as defined in official documents; Support improvement project management, ensuring execution according to schedule and budget; Size equipment and/or technical materials to ensure optimal industrial process performance; Support implementation and management of process performance indicators; Develop technical alternatives to enhance industrial process performance; Support root cause analysis of internal non-conformities and/or customer complaints. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
