We seek a professional to directly enhance production line performance, with focus on efficiency, loss reduction, and capacity improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, losses, productivity) * Identify process bottlenecks * Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvements * Lead initiatives to increase capacity and reduce waste * Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making * Integrate TPM concepts into daily operations **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in data analysis, process monitoring, industrial KPIs, continuous improvement tools, and dashboard development; * Practical experience in project development and follow-up; * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry, or related fields; * Excel and Power BI. **Additional Information** * Benefits: Health and dental insurance; On-site cafeteria; Family kit; Life insurance; Birthday card; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub (Gympass).
