**A equipe da qual você fará parte** ------------------------------------ The Software Engineering team designs, develops, or coordinates the development/troubleshooting or debugging of moderately complex software programs for enhancements and new products. It performs high\-level design/modeling to translate stakeholder needs into software solutions. It develops software and tools to support design platforms, infrastructure, and technology. It determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. It develops architectural guidelines, specifications, and technical standards and communicates with stakeholders. **Resumo desta função** ----------------------- In this role, the candidate will work in a global cross\-functional team to design, implement and integrate motor control solutions into product platforms, to achieve attribute and product performance targets. **Suas responsabilidades incluirão** ------------------------------------ * Delivery of motor control projects per commitment to meet Cost, Timing and Quality targets * Be responsible for tools and test methods to ensure fully functional and robust motor control software prior to integration into platforms * Accountable for motor control test and tuning * Provide inputs to roadmaps and project planning to ensure clear deliverables and requirements, resourcing and timing * Drive algorithm and module trade\-offs to achieve optimum performance vs cost vs schedule **Requisitos mínimos** ---------------------- * \+ 2 years Professional Experience in embedded C programming and debugging tools * \+ 2 years professional Experience in the design of controls for electrical motors including sensorless Field Oriented Control Techniques * Knowledge of power electronic devices and inverter design * Ability to read datasheets, software \& hardware reference documents, create setups and debug hardware related issues without supervision; * Fluent English **Habilidades e experiências desejáveis** ----------------------------------------- * Electrical or Electronic Engineering master’s degree * Experience with functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508\) and developing safety\-critical firmware. * Experience in Model Based Design Tools (Matlab\\Simulink) and techniques (MIL, SIL, PIL) * Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git * Familiarity with continuous integration and test * Ability to work cross functionally and globally. * Capable of working independently with cross functional teams and to provide updates to the leadership through effective communication. Should be able to negotiate and influence technical and non\-technical audiences * A passion for applying latest technologies into the development of innovative features and products * A collaborative attitude and strong desire to succeed as part of the team. * Self\-motivated and a strong passion for learning
