Perform condition analysis and diagnosis of assets through vibration signals from rotating equipment, using techniques such as FFT, envelope analysis, time-domain waveform analysis, and phase analysis, with a focus on early failure identification in components including bearings, gears, couplings, and structural elements. Develop analyses based on spectral trend and equipment dynamic behavior. Produce technical reports and diagnostic reports containing: defect identification, severity level, technical recommendation, intervention priority, and operational risk estimation. Establish and manage field data collection routes, defining measurement points, inspection frequency, and asset criticality, ensuring compliance with reliability and operational integrity plans. 100% remote position.
