Additionally, they will participate in projects, system migrations, initial and ongoing training programs, with an emphasis on engagement, capability building, and results. **Your Responsibilities:** Deliver training (Initial Training, On-the-Job Training, Projects, and Migrations); Identify learning needs and adapt content for diverse audiences; Develop training materials and support the organization of courses and events; Monitor training outcomes and support succession planning and performance evaluations; Submit attendance, performance, and certification reports; Ensure training rooms and tools are always ready for use; Attend meetings, calibration sessions, and performance review meetings; Contribute ideas, improvements, and administrative support to the Staff team. **What We’re Looking For:** Strong verbal and written communication skills; Creativity, proactivity, and dynamism; Organizational skills and analytical thinking; Ability to work effectively in teams and strong interpersonal skills; Experience with online training; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level); Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (any field); Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
