Job Summary: The professional will execute operational processes, resolve issues, provide support for projects, and carry out quality and new product administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and analyze products, prepare technical reports, and deliver training Execute operational processes, resolving low-complexity issues and contributing to continuous improvement. Provide support for company projects. Carry out operational and administrative routines related to the Quality and New Products & Manuals departments. Prepare and review documents (records, instructions, procedures, ETs, etc.). Record and track process and product non-conformities. Conduct performance and product incident studies and analyses to resolve issues or implement improvements. Monitor and organize internal and external audits (certifications, authorizations, customer processes). Provide support to internal and external customers, offering technical guidance on topics within the professional's expertise. Develop the receiving inspection checklist for each product and provide technical support during internal production inspections. Participate in the receiving inspection process for products, assisting with packaging activities and improvement implementation. Perform technical analysis of imported and domestic new products, complete and develop a specific checklist for each product type. Populate feasibility folders with product documentation, images, original manuals, checklists, test results, and other materials. Conduct technical research on similar market products, comparing them with those to be commercialized by the company. Perform technical reviews of manuals, technical drawings/layouts, packaging, and other materials. Test products and correct those exhibiting defects. Prepare technical reports. Prepare and deliver training for new products.
