Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency We are looking for a **Mechanical Assembler** to perform assembly of **neonatal medical equipment**, such as incubators and cribs. This position is open to professionals at **entry-level to advanced levels**, who are committed to quality, safety, and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mechanical assembly of equipment following technical drawings, work instructions, and internal procedures; * Safely and precisely use manual and electric tools; * Conduct functional tests and basic mechanical adjustments; * Report non-conformities to the area supervisor; * Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness; * Collaborate with other production departments when required. **Requirements:** **For entry-level:** * Completed high school (technical course in mechanics or related fields preferred); * **Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;** * Familiarity with tools such as wrenches, pliers, drills, screwdrivers, etc.; * Willingness to learn and adhere to assembly standards. **For advanced level:** * Proven experience assembling industrial or medical equipment; * Knowledge of mechanical adjustments, alignments, torque specifications, and functional testing; * Understanding of quality control and continuous improvement principles. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience assembling medical or hospital products; * Training in Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings; * Knowledge of technical standards applicable to the medical\-hospital sector.
