Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing various areas of the farm, ensuring a pleasant and safe working environment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of environments 2. Participating in training sessions and development programs 3. Collaborating with the team to ensure operational efficiency * Prepare materials and equipment to be used for cleaning; * Clean designated areas while preserving the organization of utensils and equipment to maintain a good working environment; * Clean floors, doors, windows, stairs, glass surfaces, and sidewalks, observing and adhering to safety regulations; * Perform daily cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, hallways, and other farm facilities; * Wash floors, windows, walls, carpets, and other items as needed; * Remove trash from indoor and outdoor areas, disposing of it properly; * Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and showers; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) in bathrooms and other areas; * Maintain cleanliness of the cafeteria, assisting in organizing tables and chairs after meals; * Wash mops, carpets, curtains, and other fabrics used for cleaning; * Use cleaning products correctly, following safety instructions; * Assist with other cleaning or organizational tasks as required. * Keep sectors tidy and organized to ensure a professional appearance of the environment; * Maintain organization and preservation of cleaning materials and equipment; * Assist in inventorying cleaning supplies and documenting them when necessary to forward requests for procurement to the responsible department. * Actively participate in the Internal Week for Rural Accident Prevention (SIPATR), in compliance with regulatory norms applicable to the agricultural sector. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to sector activities. * Collaborate with other field team members and follow instructions from immediate supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and quality at Hervalense. * Carry out other duties related to this position, as requested by supervisors. * Safeguard company assets, preserving equipment, furniture, and other resources provided by Hervalense.
