Monitor and evaluate students' performance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Contract Assignment * Deliver HR-focused training sessions and workshops aimed at developing skills and competencies in the Human Resources field. * Apply teaching techniques and learning methodologies that facilitate participants' comprehension and retention of content. * Monitor and evaluate students' performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. * Conduct satisfaction and effectiveness surveys for delivered training sessions, proposing improvements and adjustments when necessary. * Ensure HR knowledge development and capacity building * Teach high school students **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in the Human Resources field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Deliver instruction * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Benefits:** No benefits provided
