And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day will include:** * Developing and implementing practical Generative AI applications, working directly within the cross-functional squad "Hub do Futuro"; * Orchestrating intelligent agents and automated workflows, ensuring efficient integration across diverse systems; * Integrating and consuming market-leading language models (LLMs such as Anthropic and OpenAI) into scalable solutions; * Actively collaborating with the company’s AI core team on high-complexity, cross-functional projects; * Taking a "hands-on" approach to solving technical challenges — from prototyping through production deployment; * Contributing to the technical evolution of solutions while maintaining quality standards and development best practices; ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid, hands-on Python development experience; * Proven knowledge of Generative AI applications (including LLMs, fine-tuning, and RAG); * Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks and tools — specifically LangChain and LlamaGraph; * Strong experience with cloud services, preferably AWS; * Experience integrating APIs and market-available models (e.g., Anthropic and OpenAI); * Hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset; * Availability to participate in technical assessment stages via live coding; ### **Not mandatory but valued:** * Experience with vector databases or vector storage structures (e.g., S3 Vectors); * Experience participating in technical innovation and scalable system architecture projects; * Ability to translate business needs into AI-powered technical solutions; ### **What it’s like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday work.
