All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify product codes, quantities, expiration dates, and quality for loading, picking, and unloading; * Manage the assistant team regarding occupational safety, product quality, productivity, and internal standards; * Coordinate with loading or unloading teams to meet scheduling requirements; * Inspect vehicle and product conditions before loading or unloading; * Organize products on pallets for shipment, following work instructions and client rules; * Organize products in vehicles according to work instructions (Stowed Loading); * Record loading, picking, and unloading data in the WMS system and standardized documents; * Complete manual and electronic checklists; * Monitor shelf life in Retained, Sorting, and other designated areas; * Maintain your workplace organized according to established standards (5S); * Assist your team of assistants and operators by instructing them on proper product arrangement on pallets and vehicles; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred * Minimum 6 months of experience in cargo verification, loading, and unloading in an industrial environment **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated support channel for you and your family, providing psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance—available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
