Collaboration in a dynamic kitchen environment. **Mission** A Kitchen Assistant supports the chef, cooks, and kitchen team in all activities related to food preparation and plating. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. The Kitchen Assistant must be willing to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring hygiene and health standards in customers' food. **Daily Routine** * Assist in ingredient preparation and processing according to recipes and chef instructions; * Cut, chop, and measure ingredients, ensuring accuracy and quality; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils; * Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment as needed; * Support plating and finalization of dishes, following established standards; * Assist with general tasks such as side dish preparation, dish decoration, and others; * Assist in food inventory control and organization, helping ensure freshness and compliance with expiration dates; * Notify the chef or supervisor when ingredient replenishment is required; * Strictly adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices to prevent contamination and ensure food safety; * Participate in food safety and hygiene training sessions when required. **Address:** Tatu Bola Bar (North Zone), Av.
