Transform your future with us. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * *Processing payroll, including overtime calculations, benefits, and social charges;* * *Administering benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, and medical assistance;* * *Handling employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews;* * *Providing customer service and support for HR and payroll-related inquiries;* * *Ensuring compliance with labor and social security obligations;* * *Onboarding new clients.* #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management * Solid knowledge of labor legislation * Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in the HR department, particularly within an accounting firm #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Education Allowance * Happy Day * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** 44-hour weekly workload, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch) or 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 hour and 15 minutes for lunch).
