**What are we looking for?** * Strong technical leadership mindset. * Good communication skills. * Ability to mentor developers. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Systemic thinking. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams. * Hands\-on profile, actively involved in both development and technical leadership. * Adaptability to changing scenarios and shifting priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, supporting architectural and deployment decisions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to lead and ensure activities are executed effectively. * Define development standards, code quality guidelines, and engineering best practices. * Develop and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot. * Design and evolve microservices\-based architectures. * Integrate internal and external systems via APIs. * Participate in defining solution architectures within AWS environments. * Work with cloud services such as SQS, SNS, Athena, and other AWS offerings. * Conduct code reviews and support the team\'s technical development. * Identify and propose continuous improvements. * Support resolution of critical incidents and root cause analysis. * Plan and track technical deliveries, reducing risks and technical debt. **Requirements:** * Experience as a Developer or Tech Lead. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. * Experience with microservices architectures. * Knowledge of REST APIs. * Experience with messaging systems (SQS, SNS). * Knowledge of relational databases. * Knowledge of AWS. * Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of automated testing. * Experience with observability. **Nice to Have:** * Event\-Driven Architecture. * Clean Architecture. * Experience in regulatory projects, ensuring compliance with legal and normative requirements. **Work Location:** Remote. **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
