Whether on-site or remote, we foster authentic connections and build a collaborative workplace enriched with knowledge-sharing moments, fun, and development—such as happy hours, game nights, and discussion circles. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your role will include** * Technically leading the evolution of the global data platform. * Defining standards, architectures, and best practices for solutions built on Databricks and Azure. * Serving as a technical reference for engineering teams, supporting architectural decisions and code reviews. * Developing reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to increase team productivity. * Conducting evaluations of new technologies and proposing continuous improvements to the platform. * Collaborating with architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to define the technical strategy. * Supporting and mentoring other engineers, disseminating knowledge and elevating the team’s technical maturity. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have** * Experience leading highly complex technical initiatives. * Hands-on experience defining architectures and standards for data platforms. * Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams. * Experience conducting code reviews and supporting other engineers’ development. * Experience with **Databricks**. * Development in **Python** and/or **PySpark**. * Knowledge of **Azure**. * Experience with **Git** and **CI/CD**. * Experience with **Unity Catalog**, **Delta Live Tables (DLT)**, or Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs). * English proficiency for working in a global environment. **Nice to have** * Experience designing large-scale enterprise data platforms. * Participation in defining technical roadmaps. * Azure or Databricks certifications. * Experience in global and distributed environments. **Additional information** **The selection process:** **We believe that a transparent and respectful selection process is fundamental to a positive candidate experience.
