**Job Description:** We are looking for a Store Operator to handle customer service and general operations across our units (micro-markets and bakery). This professional will be responsible for maintaining store organization, ensuring high-quality customer service, and guaranteeing the smooth daily operation of the store, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience. The position requires organizational skills, proactivity, and adaptability to dynamic routines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide courteous and efficient customer service; * Organize and maintain store and cafeteria cleanliness; * Perform store opening or closing procedures; * Restock products on shelves and display cases; * Check expiration dates and ensure quality control; * Prepare hot and cold beverages; * Operate equipment such as electric ovens and griddles; * Conduct product counts and inventory audits; * Assist with purchase requisitions and inventory control. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Residence in the Santana de Parnaíba region; * Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in retail, cafés, or food service; * Aptitude for organization and operational routines.
