About the position: We are seeking a candidate with strong architectural and strategic vision to lead the restructuring of the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions that balance regulatory requirements with engineering best practices, ensuring a scalable, sustainable architecture aligned with business objectives. Your challenge will be to technically lead the platform’s evolution, promoting efficient solutions and reducing technical debt. Responsibilities: ✔ Design and implement abstraction architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem. ✔ Technically lead migration and restructuring processes for critical modules under regulatory deadline pressure. ✔ Ensure strategic use of native Salesforce (Vanilla) capabilities, minimizing unnecessary customizations and reducing technical debt. ✔ Define architectural standards and best practices for the platform’s sustainable evolution. ✔ Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business timelines and needs. ✔ Support technical decisions related to refactoring and modernization of Salesforce ecosystem components. Requirements: ✔ Senior-level experience with Salesforce, including deep platform expertise. ✔ Ability to design abstraction layers using flexible and reusable code and configuration. ✔ Solid understanding of when to use native Salesforce features versus custom development (Apex and LWC). ✔ Experience in restructuring, refactoring, or migrating complex Salesforce instances. ✔ Experience in high-stakes environments with challenging deadlines. Nice-to-have: ➕ Experience designing solutions in regulated environments. ➕ Salesforce certifications focused on architecture or development. ➕ Experience in CRM platform transformation or modernization projects.
