JET, the leader in urban micromobility, is seeking a Logistics Agent to perform electric scooter battery swaps. Full autonomy \+ performance-based earnings! You choose where, when, and how to work — with total flexibility and no fixed routine. Productivity-based remuneration! You earn from R$2.00 to R$6.00 for each battery swapped during the week. The average is 60 operations per day. ️ Average earnings: * R$ 180 per day * R$ 5\.400 per month (or more, depending on your pace) Weekend compensation: Compensation may vary according to operational strategy and needs. On average, the rate per battery is R$3.00, subject to change as determined by the company. Any changes are always communicated up to 1 day in advance. In other words: the more you do, the more you earn — and rates may vary according to demand.
