We are seeking an organized, responsible law student with strong writing skills to assist in matters related to Banking Law, Consumer Law, Civil Law, and Credit Recovery. **Main responsibilities:** * Drafting simple pleadings, statements, and administrative complaints; * Researching case law and legislation; * Analyzing banking contracts and financial documents; * Monitoring legal proceedings and managing deadlines; * Organizing documents and updating systems; * Providing initial client service and follow-up; * Supporting debt negotiations and claims against financial institutions. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Law program, preferably from the 8th semester onward; * Strong writing skills and proficiency in Portuguese; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in a law firm or judicial body; * Familiarity with PJe, Projudi, e-SAJ, or Eproc; * Interest in Banking Law and Consumer Law.
