If you identify with and love fashion: ViX Paula Hermanny is looking for a JUNIOR TRADE ANALYST! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the trade action calendar (campaigns, product launches, in-store activations, and commercial dates). * Assist in implementing brand identity at points of sale (VM, materials, communication, and storytelling). * Develop and implement trade materials (POSM, displays, guides, manuals, and training). * Collaborate with marketing, sales, VM, and operations teams. * Support activations in company-owned stores, franchises, and multi-brand partner stores. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience at points of sale. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Organized, analytical profile with strong project management skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills across different departments. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Availability for store visits and travel, as required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury segments. * Advanced English proficiency.
