Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide customer support to Omie clients via chat and phone to resolve their inquiries; * Remotely access client machines to resolve their inquiries; * Create step-by-step visual and textual or video guides for system procedures to resolve client inquiries; * Escalate systemic issues and apparently unsolvable problems to the Product Experts team for validation and resolution; * Redirect chats or calls outside your scope of responsibility to the appropriate department to help the client resolve their issue correctly; * Handle chats related to invoice rejection, via chat and phone, providing specialized support. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred); * Familiarity with the Omie system (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (preferred); * Two years of experience as an intern or assistant (preferred). **Additional information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
