About the position We are conducting a selection process to build a reserve registration list for future hiring of professionals to work as IT Support Analysts. Hiring is contingent upon approval and contract signing resulting from a public tender. Approved candidates will be called as needed by the company, provided it wins the tender. Main responsibilities Providing IT user support and assistance; Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and peripherals; Installing and updating software; Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues; Supporting network infrastructure; Configuring printers and equipment; Providing technical support for corporate systems and platforms; Performing other duties compatible with the role. Requirements Completed higher education degree in Information Technology or related fields; Minimum of 6 months’ experience in IT technical support roles; Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer maintenance, and networking; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork orientation. Advantages Experience in public sector institutions; Knowledge of network infrastructure; IT certifications will be considered an advantage. Required documentation Candidates must attach the following documents at the time of application: Updated resume; Undergraduate diploma; Document proving a minimum of 6 months’ professional experience in IT (e.g., CTPS, employer’s statement, service provision contract, or equivalent); Certificate(s), statement(s), or document(s) verifying experience in services compatible with the scope of this hiring, such as: IT technical support; Help Desk; Service Desk; User support; Computer maintenance; IT infrastructure; Network administration; Or other similar services.
