We currently have openings for fieldwork positions in the municipality of Piracicaba/SP, as part of a real estate registry update project. Period: Start date June 16 Duration: 4 to 5 months (temporary position) Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site visits to properties for registry updates * Collect property and responsible party (owner/possessor) information * Prepare sketches with on-site measurements * Record data and photos via mobile application * Classify property status (authorized, absent, denied, etc.) * Support organization and quality assurance of collected information Compensation: Fixed: R$ 1\.600,00 Meal allowance: R$ 30.00 per day Variable: * R$ 4.00 per registered lot * R$ 1.00 per completed registration (authorized or denied) * Variable earnings potential based on productivity Requirements: * Completed high school education * Strong communication and field engagement skills * Organizational ability and attention to detail * Availability for outdoor work (street-level) * Prior experience in data collection, surveys, or registration is desirable Advantages: * Valid driver's license (CNH) and driving ability * Experience in real estate registration or georeferencing projects * Proficiency in using mobile applications Position type: Temporary Contract duration: 1 month Payment: R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
