If you seek an authentic, welcoming environment full of opportunities for those who make things happen, we would be delighted to learn your story. **Your Mission** Deliver a high-quality customer experience through the preparation of beverages, coffee, and cocktails, ensuring organization, agility, care, and excellence at every stage of service and bar operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare coffee, cocktails, juices, and other menu beverages; * Perform pre-preparation of ingredients used in beverages; * Organize and stock the bar before operations begin; * Properly control and store supplies and raw materials; * Serve customers courteously, attentively, and efficiently; * Ensure the quality and presentation of served beverages; * Clean utensils, equipment, and work surfaces; * Support bar opening, operations, and closing; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of the area; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety regulations. **Job Details** * Working hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. * Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off per week, plus one Sunday off per month. Requirements: * Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with customers and team members; * Organization and attention to detail; * Agility and initiative; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to work well in a team; * Interest in coffee, cocktails, and beverages in general; * Willingness to learn and grow professionally; * Experience as a bartender, barista, or in customer service is a plus.
