Job Description; Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. i3tech is seeking a dedicated professional to join its team as a Vehicle Tracking Technical Support Agent. We seek an analytical, communicative, organized individual with interest in technology, customer service, and monitoring and vehicle tracking solutions. This position is offered under a PJ (individual contractor) arrangement, with a monthly remuneration of R$ 3.000,00 and a hybrid work format—combining remote work with office presence as operationally necessary, including training sessions, internal alignment meetings, or specific support demands.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve customers' technical inquiries regarding vehicle tracking systems. Configure, guide the installation of, and support maintenance for tracking devices. Monitor and analyze tracking data, identifying inconsistencies, communication failures, and potential operational issues. Provide remote and on-site support as needed, ensuring a clear and effective customer experience. Record, document, and track support interactions, discussions, and implemented solutions through the company's official channels. Collaborate with development, deployment, support, and sales teams to continuously improve services and processes. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Prior experience in technical support, preferably with vehicle tracking systems. Knowledge of communication networks and technologies such as GPRS, GSM, GPS, and data transmission. Analytical ability to investigate problems, interpret technical scenarios, and propose efficient solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and documentation of support cases. Organizational skills to record support interactions, track requests, and act with priority and urgency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Availability to perform on-call duties if required.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Certifications in technology, networking, electronics, or vehicle tracking. Experience delivering technical customer support. Experience with trackers, sensors, peripherals, and test circuits. Familiarity with tracking platforms such as Getrak, Softruck, SystemSat, and STC. Familiarity with analysis of communication failures, commands, positioning, telematics, and tracking events.
