Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that Caf’s strategy translates into robust, efficient, and high-quality technological solutions — from requirements definition through delivery and maintenance of features that drive our growth and strengthen our innovation culture. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as development and process efficiency, delivery quality and reliability, internal customer satisfaction, and applied innovation — contributing to Caf’s growth with security, autonomy, and excellence. ### **What You’ll Do** * Build and maintain high-quality code using secure and agile software development best practices; * Build and maintain front-end systems and other client-side resources, focusing on optimal user experience; * Build and maintain back-end systems, APIs, processing routines, data storage solutions, and other server-side information infrastructure components; * Develop automated tests to ensure solution consistency and integrity; * Build secure and efficient communication interfaces; * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define application appearance, usability, and functionality, translating design models into real code; * Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback; * Engage across the full solution lifecycle — including research, design, refinement, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance; * Document inputs and maintain detailed records of implementation, configuration, specifications, and other relevant information supporting asset management within the area; * Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria specified in task requirements. ### **What You Need to Bring** * Up-to-date knowledge of technologies within your area of expertise and of software development best practices inherent to building robust solutions; * Clear understanding of key strategies used by the technology industry to build robust solutions, with emphasis on performance, availability, manageability, and security principles; * Understanding of accessibility concepts and compliance across multiple platforms (e.g., Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, etc.); * Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Figma, etc.); * Ability to manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables; * Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactivity in seeking knowledge and solutions, with a results-oriented and hands-on mindset; * Responsible attitude toward daily challenges and previously established and agreed-upon processes and action plans between management and the team; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality in executing tasks; * Flexibility to adapt to change and diverse working contexts, with resilience and emotional intelligence; * Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and courtesy toward other team members. ### **More About You** * Knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS; * Node.js and/or React.js; * JavaScript/TypeScript; * Application monitoring and observability; * Application availability and resilience; * Application performance and scalability; * CI/CD pipelines. * Values diversity, inclusion, and respect; * Proactive profile, eager to learn quickly and unafraid of challenges; * Balances execution with strategic thinking; * Aligns with our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Accountability, People First, and Execution Focus. **What We Offer** At Caf, we believe work goes beyond the job description: it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where every person has room to grow.
