We focus on craftsmanship, precision, and thoughtful design. **The Role** You’ll create accurate, production\-ready sewing patterns and sew garments from those patterns, working from existing garments, sketches, and size charts. **What You’ll Do** * Create sewing patterns from existing garments and sketches * Digitize patterns using TukaCad / Optitex * Grade patterns based on size charts * True up and finalize patterns for production * Sew garments using the completed patterns **What You Need** * Proficient spoken and written English * 5\+ years of professional pattern\-making experience * Strong working knowledge of TukaCad and/or Optitex * 5\+ years of garment sewing experience **How to Apply** Apply with your resume (In English) and examples of pattern\-making or sewn work, if available.
