Promote collaboration and training to drive adoption of the Design System. **Job Description:** **Design System Governance:** Define processes, frameworks, and strategies to ensure adoption and continuous evolution of the Design System, facilitating communication among designers, developers, and stakeholders. **Design and Validation of New Components:** Lead the process of conception, approval, documentation, and testing of new components and patterns, ensuring they meet product needs and align with Porto's ecosystem. **Operationalization and Efficiency:** Establish efficient workflows for component delivery, maintenance, and versioning to improve the scalability of the Design System. **Design Tokens and Library Management:** Organize and document design tokens, component libraries, and guidelines to ensure cross-platform consistency. **Collaboration with Engineers and Designers:** Facilitate collaboration between design and development teams to ensure efficient implementation of components and promote best practices. **Agile Ceremony Management for the Squad:** Support the organization and facilitation of agile ceremonies—such as sprints, refinements, and technical alignments—to ensure designers, quality analysts, and developers remain connected and aligned. **Strategy and Impact Measurement:** Define metrics to assess usage, adoption, and impact of the Design System, generating insights for its continuous improvement. **Facilitation and Training:** Conduct workshops and training sessions to increase engagement and ensure the team correctly applies Design System standards. **Documentation Management:** Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to guide internal use of the Design System. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. Experience with Design Systems, UI Kits, and reusable components. Strong proficiency in Figma (componentization, variants, auto layout, design tokens). Experience with Design System governance and scalability processes. Knowledge of technology integration, especially component implementation in frameworks such as React, Angular, iOS, and Android. Proficiency in technical documentation and guidelines. Ability to operate both strategically and operationally, bridging design, technology, and business. Experience facilitating training and communicating across multiple areas. Analytical and critical mindset, with a data-driven approach to evaluating Design System adoption and impact.
