**Designer UI/UX – Senior Level** **Job Objective:** Act in the planning, conception, and development of interfaces and digital experiences, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetics aligned with user needs and the company's strategic objectives. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for leading user-centered design initiatives, proposing innovative solutions that combine functionality and visual identity, contributing to the evolution and excellence of ASC Solutions' products. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct research and usability tests to understand user needs, behaviors, and expectations. * Create navigation flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts for digital interfaces. * Define, implement, and maintain design systems, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across all products. * Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align design solutions with technical and business requirements. * Ensure that interfaces are responsive, accessible, and compatible with different devices and browsers. * Actively participate in planning, ideation, and solution review meetings. * Analyze metrics and user feedback to propose continuous improvements in the experience. * Document design guidelines and decisions for internal reference and future maintenance. * Act as a technical reference and mentor for junior and mid-level designers. **Education:** Completed or ongoing degree in Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. **Experience:** * Solid experience in UI/UX design projects, preferably in complex digital products. * Proven track record of participation in all stages of the design process, from discovery to final delivery. * Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. **Technical Competencies:** * **Mastery of Figma** (mandatory) for creating interfaces, interactive prototypes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. * **Mastery of Design Systems** (mandatory), including creation, standardization, and maintenance. * Advanced knowledge of UX principles, Nielsen's heuristics, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG). * Ability to create interactive prototypes and A/B tests. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices for better collaboration with developers. * Familiarity with user experience metrics analysis (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and effective communication. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments. * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical thinking and focus on problem-solving. * Ability to adapt to changes. **Other Requirements:** * Updated portfolio with relevant UI/UX projects (mandatory). * Certifications, courses, or specializations in the field will be considered a plus. **Job Information:** * **Position:** Senior UI/UX Designer – PJ Contract. * **Work Location:** 100% remote. * **Employment Type:** Legal entity service provider (PJ). * **Compensation:** To be discussed. **Benefits:** * Access to modern work tools. * Participation in projects using AI and cutting-edge technologies. * Corporate Alura account for technical and professional development. * Opportunity for growth in challenging projects. * Collaborative environment focused on innovation. * Culture of feedback and continuous learning. * Possibility of long-term contract. ### **About us:** With **nearly 40 years of operation**, **ASC Solutions** is a national reference in technology for social and sports clubs.
