We operate in the development of digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, among others), with headquarters in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Overview of the opportunity:** * We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to support decision-making within the company. This role plays a fundamental part in identifying and planning data-driven projects. **Responsibilities and attributes:** * Define and formulate business problems that can be solved through data analysis and artificial intelligence; * Build advanced analytical models using statistical techniques, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning to support decision-making within the company; * Answer strategic business questions through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive modeling; * Design algorithms to explore, organize, and transform data in collaboration with the Data Engineer; * Implement feature engineering techniques to improve model performance; * Conduct experiments and tests to validate the effectiveness of the developed models; * Interpret the results of the developed models and effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders to add value to the organization; * Research learning algorithms based on emerging technologies; * Develop analysis and artificial intelligence projects in collaboration with the project manager. **Skills you need to have:** * Programming: Python/R/Scala/Spark; * Mathematics, Statistics, and Quantitative Methods; * Artificial Intelligence; * Machine Learning; * Databricks (Azure); * Research in advanced algorithms; * Experience with insurance and/or claims, or experience in logistics and operational data analysis, involving supplier data, times, average costs, and indicators related to operations. * Basic business knowledge; **Skills that will make you stand out:** * Cloud technologies (Azure and components); * Deep learning; * AI Ethics; * Data quality; * MLOps. **What you will find at GX2:** * A proprietary content hub segmented by knowledge tracks (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * A culture of care for people and mental health; * A mental health and well\-being platform; * GX2 Follow Up: Monthly individual follow-up focused on well\-being and development. **Message from GX2:** This is a job opening open to all interested individuals.
