They will be responsible for adapting assets for diverse audiences, leveraging performance data to optimize campaigns, and generating design insights for clients’ businesses. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create sophisticated graphic assets and animations tailored to different audiences and objectives. * Use tools such as Premiere, Figma, After Effects, and CapCut to develop and optimize creatives. * Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance data to improve conversion rates. * Develop and apply motion design techniques to increase campaign engagement. * Explore AI usage to accelerate creative production and enhance visual quality. * Contribute creative insights and solutions, applying design fundamentals and performance principles. * Strengthen Creative Defense by justifying design choices with data and strategy. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects. * Experience creating intermediate-level animations and landing pages. * Ability to analyze performance data and optimize creatives. * Knowledge of UX/UI techniques and performance-oriented design. * Autonomy to develop materials for diverse audiences and campaigns.
