We are continuously evolving and seeking new talent to join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** * BI Developer – responsible for Data Modeling and Data Engineering using Microsoft Azure products * Dashboard Designer – expert in Visual Storytelling with Power BI * Collaborate with other teams to define data requirements and develop data solutions. * Develop and improve dashboards for Sabesp **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Design, Communication, Data Analysis, or related fields in computing or information visualization. Required Technical Skills: * Advanced SQL proficiency and knowledge of M language (Power Query). * Experience with tabular data modeling and data architecture in Power BI Service. * Experience with data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, use of Lakehouses and Notebooks for data processing and loading. * Solid understanding of DAX concepts such as measures, calculated columns, relationships, and model performance. * Familiarity with Dataflows Gen2, Datamarts, and connectivity across different workspaces. * Ability to version and orchestrate deliveries using Git integrated with Power BI and DevOps pipelines. * Basic Python knowledge for light transformation or analysis in Fabric notebooks. * Proficiency in Power BI with emphasis on dashboard development in Power BI Service. * Ability to create clean, intuitive, and responsive visual experiences with clear data narratives focused on action. * Understanding of UX/UI applied to dashboards, emphasizing internal and operational stakeholders’ experience. * Knowledge of custom themes, dynamic tooltips, bookmarks, button-based navigation, and interactive storytelling. * Strong ability to interpret business briefings and translate them into high-impact KPIs and visuals.
