That’s why, every day, we strive to **find a way so those who achieve much with little can keep achieving more and better, always.** **Our Engineering Team** Jeitto’s **Software Engineering** team delivers business value through robust, scalable software solutions, following industry best practices and our established reference architecture. **In this role, you will:** * Serve as a technical reference for one or more software engineering teams, defining and promoting adoption of architectural standards, development best practices, and complex technical solutions. * Influence the technical direction of projects and products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of software solutions. * Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence. * Collaborate with other company areas—such as Product and Infrastructure—to ensure technical alignment and delivery of high-impact solutions. * Conduct research and evaluation of new technologies and tools, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. * Actively participate in defining and evolving the software architecture, considering aspects such as scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. * Contribute to improving software development processes, including CI/CD practices, testing, and monitoring. **For this position, it is important that you have:** * A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Experience as a software engineer, with significant expertise in developing modern web applications and software architecture. * Proven experience defining and implementing software architecture standards in complex, scalable systems. * Deep knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, and development best practices. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make complex, long-term technical decisions. * Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback. * Expertise in Microservices, Cloud-Native Event-Driven Architecture, and Serverless solutions. **It will be a plus if you have:** * Knowledge of the financial market. * Hands-on experience with Google Cloud. **Behavioral Skills (\#nossojeitto)** We seek someone who identifies with and embodies our core behaviors: **Raise the Bar:** Set ambitious goals, deliver with excellence, and pursue constant evolution. **Boldness:** Challenge the conventional.
