




Job Summary: Responsible for developing visual merchandising, creating visual materials, managing campaigns, analyzing KPIs, managing inventory and product mix, monitoring consumer behavior, and leading a team. Creation and execution of visual merchandising Job Responsibilities: Responsible for developing visual merchandising for the unit; Create visual materials for points of sale (PDVs); Manage all campaign stages—from planning, setup, teardown, to oversight of contracted services; Analyze KPIs and metrics—present reports and action plans; Responsible for inventory and product mix management across PDV units; Monitor consumer behavior (understand trends; analyze data; propose product mix adjustments); Lead and train a team of 5 people.
