This is a team closely aligned with Product and Business areas, operating in an agile and collaborative manner to build scalable, efficient solutions with direct impact on results. **Responsibilities:** * Technically lead the development of complex web interfaces, ensuring high quality, performance, and an excellent user experience; * Serve as the front-end technical reference within the team, influencing architectural decisions and promoting best practices; * Contribute to the evolution of web application architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and consistency across solutions; * Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into intuitive and efficient experiences; * Define and evolve front-end development standards (componentization, design systems, performance, accessibility); * Collaborate with backend teams to define contracts and integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems; * Identify performance bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to the user experience; * Technically lead key initiatives, owning the definition and implementation of solutions; * Contribute to team growth through code reviews, mentorship, and dissemination of best practices. Requirements: **Essential** * Experience as a Software Engineer developing web applications in medium-to-high complexity environments; * Strong experience in front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React; * Experience building complex, responsive, and performance-oriented interfaces; * Knowledge of front-end application architecture (componentization, state management, design systems); * Experience integrating with APIs and understanding client-server workflows; * Familiarity with engineering best practices (testing, version control, code quality); * Ability to serve as a technical reference within the team, influencing decisions and guiding solutions. **Nice-to-have** * Experience with web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, caching, etc.); * Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries; * Experience with DevOps practices applied to front-end (CI/CD, observability); * Experience applying GenAI to interfaces (e.g., copilots, intelligent UX); * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
