We are seeking a talented Junior Web Designer to join our remote team and help us build outstanding digital experiences for our clients. Your Responsibilities * **Page Creation:** Design and build new pages and landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, and Crocoblock. * **Continuous Optimization:** Improve and refine existing pages, focusing on greater clarity, visual structure, and higher conversion rates. * **Collaborative Work:** Collaborate with other Web Designers and developers across various agency projects. * **Mobile-First Focus:** Ensure all deliverables are fully responsive, with strong emphasis on usability and readability on mobile devices. * **Sales Support:** Assist the sales team in creating presentation assets, visual frameworks, and message structuring. * **Quality and Performance:** Ensure all deliverables are highly polished, stable, visually consistent, and optimized for fast loading. What We’re Looking For (Requirements) * **Experience:** 2–5 years of hands-on experience in web interface design and implementation. * **Proven Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of clean UI, disciplined spacing, visual hierarchy, and typography. * **Real Projects:** Live, published websites and pages delivered to actual clients (not just conceptual designs on platforms like Dribbble or Behance). * **Results-Oriented Mindset:** Ability to create conversion-focused layouts and marketing campaigns. * **Technical Proficiency:** Practical expertise in Figma, Photoshop, WordPress (modern page builders/block editors), Elementor, and Crocoblock. * **Coding Knowledge:** Comfort adjusting or building HTML/CSS structures whenever required by the project. * **UX Fundamentals:** Strong understanding of spacing, rhythm, contrast, strategic CTA placement, and narrative flow of a page. * **Agile Communication:** Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, receive and apply constructive feedback, and maintain quick, efficient communication via WhatsApp. Compensation: R$1\.650,00 per month Work Location: Remote
