Join us as Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join the technical leadership of the Collections Tower and serve as the primary architectural and engineering reference for the full\-stack development tribe (with a backend focus), responsible for defining technical standards, ensuring architectural integrity across systems, and continuously elevating the technical maturity of the team supporting the bank’s mission\-critical credit recovery systems. **Your Day\-to\-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Defining and documenting the backend systems, API, and microservices architecture of the tribe * Establishing technical standards, development guidelines, and software engineering best practices * Conducting strategic code reviews to ensure architectural compliance and code quality * Directly developing critical, high\-complexity components * Leading architectural discussions and decisions, data design, and integration strategies * Evaluating, proposing, and validating the adoption of new technologies and approaches to evolve the tech stack * Mentoring backend developers in the tribe on distributed architecture and engineering best practices * Ensuring production system performance, scalability, resilience, and observability * Supporting integrations with legacy banking systems and third\-party APIs, defining standards and contracts * Representing the tribe in corporate architecture forums and committees * Translating business requirements into consistent, sustainable technical decisions **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Availability to work onsite in Belo Horizonte or Recife * Solid backend development experience (Java/Spring, Node.js, Python or similar) in highly critical production systems * Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Software Architect with technical influence over development teams * Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems * Proficiency in relational and NoSQL database design and modeling in production environments * Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps/CI\-CD practices * Hands\-on experience with observability tools, APM, and system monitoring (New Relic, Datadog, ELK or similar) * Ability to document and communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non\-technical audiences * Experience with agile methodologies and close collaboration with product and business teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate/technical English for reading documentation, evaluating technologies, and interacting with vendors * Experience in banking, finance, or fintech sectors—especially in collections or payment systems * Knowledge of Domain\-Driven Design (DDD) and architectural patterns (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Saga, Strangler Fig) * Experience with message queues and event\-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar) * Experience with high\-volume transactional systems and high\-availability requirements * Knowledge of security practices, compliance, and regulated environments in finance * Familiarity with React and ability to provide technical guidance to frontend teams * Experience integrating legacy banking systems and interoperability standards * Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or software architecture certifications * Knowledge of architecture documentation tools (C4 Model, OpenAPI/Swagger, ADRs) **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day\-off * Baby On Board and nursing room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self\-care services at exclusive rates, decompression area, games, and mini golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening * Initial screening (initial contact to align expectations about the role) * Assessments * Interview with Talent Team * Technical test (when required) * Interview with leadership * Job offer
