Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Credit Policies team and directly contribute to Inter’s credit strategy. **On a day-to-day basis, you will:*** Develop and manage intelligent eligibility, approval, and limit strategies, transforming large volumes of data into decisions that make a real difference in people’s lives; * Conduct in-depth credit performance studies, identifying opportunities and anticipating scenarios to keep operations consistently ahead of the market; * Create sophisticated risk analyses enabling personalized portfolio management strategies, optimizing outcomes for each customer profile; * Maintain full control over financial levers, directly impacting business results through your analyses and strategic decisions; * Oversee policy parameterization in systems, ensuring your strategies are executed with maximum quality and precision. **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in corporate credit policies will be a differentiator; * Proficiency in key credit and risk indicators; * Technical skills in programming languages for data analysis (SQL, R, Python); * Willingness to work on-site in São Paulo/SP or Belo Horizonte/MG.
