Join the \#SeleçãoSBF; we always have room for new talents. **Responsibilities and Duties** **About This Role:** As a **Senior Human Resources Administration Analyst in Pinheiros/SP**, you’ll step onto the field with the following responsibilities: * Strategic management of corporate benefits, policies, and eligibility criteria; * Negotiation and relationship management with suppliers, insurance brokers, and restaurants; * Management of KPIs, costs, claims experience (sinistralidade), and departmental dashboards; * Development of studies and presentations aimed at improving and optimizing benefits; * Structuring, automation, and standardization of processes; * Collaboration with SESMT (Occupational Health and Safety Service), health and wellness campaigns; * Support in organizational climate initiatives, benchmarking, and governance; * Interface with internal departments and leadership in high-demand environments; * Work across offices in Pinheiros and Lapa/SP, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need for This Role:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in strategic benefits management, dashboards, analyses, and executive presentations; * Knowledge of KPIs, claims experience (sinistralidade), compliance, and governance; * Experience negotiating with suppliers and insurance brokers; * Analytical, organized, communicative, and relationship-oriented profile; * Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-volume environments. **Desirable / Differentiating Qualifications:** * Experience in retail, SAP system (invoice entry), and Senior System (Payroll). **Let’s Move Sports Forward!** **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * TotalPass and Wellhub; * Ativa Club of Benefits (student reimbursement, discounts on cinemas, theme parks, courses, etc.); * Life insurance; * Birthday Day Off; * Bradesco medical and dental plan for employee and legal dependents; * Telemedicine; * ZYOU—access to spinning classes, plus discounted bike and treadmill rentals; * Petlove veterinary assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Discounts on products at Centauro; * 180-day maternity leave and 30-day paternity leave; * Access to the FitDance Plus platform; * PAC—Employee Assistance Program offering free psychological counseling; * Access to SESC and Senac facilities; * Discounts at São Paulo, Drogasil, Drogaraia, and Pacheco pharmacies.
