Job Summary: A marketing professional responsible for website maintenance, showroom organization, event support, promotional material creation, and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in event planning and execution. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform maintenance, updates, and release of registrations on WordPress websites * Organize, maintain, and update showrooms, ensuring proper product display, and suggest improvements to layout and visual communication * Support planning and execution of trade fairs and events, including accreditation, service contracting, material requests and control, as well as supplier and service provider relationship management * Develop and update promotional materials, supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers (promotional items, printing services, and general services) * Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives and support CIPA-related activities * Control and organize marketing materials, ensuring their availability and appropriate use, and generate reports on their utilization * Provide support for other marketing department requests **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields * Knowledge of WordPress * Experience creating materials using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign * Experience in video capture and editing **Desired Profile:** * Creativity and aesthetic sense * Organization and attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously **Job Information:** * Location: Bom Retiro – São Paulo (SP) * Work Model: 100% in-person * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM | Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree
