In this role, key challenges include providing support to end users and VIPs, as well as designing and executing small-scale processes and projects. On a day-to-day basis, the technical professional will receive support from advanced-level teams and their manager to assist with highly complex demands or when questions arise. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What experience and background do we expect from you?** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree, technical course, or technology-focused undergraduate program related to IT; * Experience providing on-site and help-desk support to end users and VIPs; * Ability to draft and manage IT documentation; * Technical knowledge of hardware-related routines (e.g., cleaning, replacing motherboards, memory); * Understanding of infrastructure and backup concepts; * We count on you to enhance our clients’ IT environments—making IT work for the business! **Additional Information** PENSO TECNOLOGIA delivers world-class global technology through a fully Brazilian company.
