Mid-level UX/UI Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to map user journeys, create interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate to enhance the digital experience. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation of designs We are looking for a candidate for the position of **Mid-level UX/UI Designer** to join our team! REMOTE POSITION \- FULL-TIME \- PJ CONTRACT **Responsibilities** * Map and understand the customer journey across digital channels. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces (desktop and mobile). * Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. * Work with CRO to identify friction points and opportunities. * Ensure visual/functional consistency across touchpoints. * Collaborate with developers to ensure faithful implementation. * Document design patterns and best practices (design system). * Stay updated on design trends, consumer behavior, and innovation. **Expected/Desired Experience** * UX/UI projects in e\-commerce and apps. * Practical experience with user research and usability testing. * End\-to\-end involvement (discovery, prototyping, validation, handoff). * Collaboration with engineering and CRO teams. * Ability to translate data/insights into visual solutions. **Tools** * **Figma** (primary). Also acceptable: **Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision**, or similar tools. **Skills** * Information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility. * User-centered design and data-driven reasoning. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and strong collaboration with development teams.
