Requirements: The **Design \| Funds** team, responsible for translating the complexity of the regulated market into modern and efficient visual experiences, collaborates closely to evolve the Compliasset platform and is seeking a **Product Designer PL** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and product development company for the financial market—where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This role entails:** * Collaborating actively with the Design team to evolve the Compliasset interface (UI), focusing on modernization and usability; * Creating and prototyping workflows in partnership with PMs and other Designers in Figma, ensuring solutions are validated and visually refined; * Contributing proposals for new user journeys to boost engagement and reduce churn, acting as an enabler of positive experiences; * Supporting the maintenance and growth of the Design System in Figma, ensuring visual consistency across different product modules; * Working integrally with Product Analysts and Engineering to ensure designs are functional and feasible within compliance standards. **To \#match, this position requires the following mandatory qualifications:** * Experience with Figma, including use of components and shared libraries; * Experience in UI/UX: aesthetic refinement and ability to organize complex interfaces clearly; * Completed undergraduate degree. **Additional knowledge or experience below would be considered advantageous:** * Experience with Design Ops or organizing Design System libraries; * Experience in the Financial Market or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance); * Knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate technical communication with the Engineering team. **IMPORTANT:** This opportunity is for on-site work at Evertec Brasil’s office in Taubaté/SP, under a hybrid work model.
